i've tried a lot of methods which didn't actually works for me.i've tried one after the other until finally found the right one for me--FAB. :)

what negative feedbacks have you heard about FAB ara? would you care to share us? i am planning for FAB as birth control method. i'd like to know the pros and cons of it. i would appreciate if you could share anything about it. thanks in advance!

i diagree!FAB method does not have negative effects and no health risk at all. yes it does not protect you from STD's but other than that, no more negative effects.

FAB is indeed effective method. but it takes a lot of time and practice to learn to use this method. it also takes a lot of planning and calculations and commitment as well.

FAB is effective for people who have patience in learning the proper way of using it. if you think you are not that person then it's not the best choice for you.
