I am planning on having the marina coil fitted in just over a week and have had all the necessary swabs taken to check for possible infection. The main thing I am worried about is that through all the research I have carried out I have not found any information about having the coil fitted while using the implant. I will be having the implant taken out afterwards but due to the Implant I have not had a period in about 2 and half years and apparently the coil needs to be fitted during or just after a period so was just wondering if anyone has had the coil fitted while using the implant? x x x
