Changes in sex drive, in most cases a decrease in libido is one of the most common side effects of birth control pill. Might as well talk to your partner about this and work together in increasing your sex drive. |

If you change your recent birth control pill to one that's more androgenic [testosterone-like], your sex drive or libido comes back. Otherwise, find another method since your relationship is greatly affected with this effect. |

one thing you should consider while taking better control pills is the decrease of sexual desire or arrousal. i think you should open this up with your doctor. |

i agree with caroline. choose a pill that may not affect your libido or else it would affect your sexual arrousal big time! |
