My fiance and I are trying to decide what forms of birth control we should use. I'm already on the pill but we want to use extra caution because we can not afford to get pregnant yet. Spermicide gels or foams sound like a good idea, but I'm really scared of all the horror stories of bad reactions. Any advice?
