I want to control birth, but I can't measure the safe period not to become pregnant. please say

Don't trust at all on period cycle.. You can take a Birth Control Pill to avoid pregnancy. The accuracy of pills are 99% to avoid pregnancy, its doesn't fails usually. There are some side effects of pills like headache, vomiting, early periods etc. Consult to the doctor or you can buy it online at emedoutlet.

Yes, you can become pregnant while on birth control. All different types aren't 100 percent effective, the daily pill while being effective if taken as directed can still leave you open to pregnancy when it is combined with other drugs and vits.
