i hope someone can help!
i missed my pill one day last week so took it the next and ever since i have been getting period pains throughout the day for the past week. i've done a test and i'm not pregnant but my nipples are very tener and feel bruised. i dont understand this but i had an orgasm a few days ago and straight after i had severe cramps and pains and after a while i was violently sick and the pain went. what could be wrong with me?

You've affected your hormone balance. Not such a big deal, if it doesnt go away by the time you start your period the next pill pack should solve your problem.
