does anyone here experienced spotting while on pills?
i've been facing this problem hope someone out there can give me some advice.

what time of the day/night are you taking the pills? take note that it should be taken on the same time of the day/night because it's one of the reason for spotting.

when you are in pills you'll only get 1 period. any other bleeding whether it's heavy or not is just a breakthrough bleeding.

yes the only regular time to have bleeding is around your menstrual period. you shouldn't be spotting before your period but having it once in a while is totally normal.

spotting doesn't mean your pregnant but
it also doesn't mean that you're safe.
so it's always a good idea to use back
up method just to be safe.

there's no way we can control spotting. it happens to everyone without any warning.

that's true. spotting will come and go. as long as you still have your period, even if you dont want to it will definitely come to haunt you
