i believed that once you stopped taking pills you have to wait for 2-3 menstrual cycles before getting pregnant. this is because if you get pregnant right away, chances are, you'll have miscarriage.

it will take some time to get pregnant after off pill. months to be considered. but if in case a year of trying is not successful, consider it as an early sign of infertility.

i've heard of that story, but it has not yet been proven yet. i've heard lots of woman get pregnant right away the moment they're off pill.

well it's simply a matter of trying but a trip to OB-GYNE would surely make sense. relax and have fun while trying and avoid stress.

is there such thing as fertility tablets? medications, therapies or any other alternatives to trigger fertility?

have sex before ovulation, it's the best way to conceive. you can also try to drink 1 cup of tea a day.

a fertility check-up for you and your partner will be a great option. a couple of test will be given to both of you and this includes: semen analysis, test to
predict ovulation and many more. good luck!

try and ask your doctor if it is possible for you to take clomifene tablets. this tablet can help you with ovulating. it is usually taken for 5 straight days at
the beginning of the cycle.

amber - December 18th, 2009 8:48 PM

hi miriam! can we get clomifene tablets over-the-counter? i am hoping to hear from those who actually tried it.

miriam - December 19th, 2009 6:13 AM

no, you can't get those over the counter. talk to your doctor if you want to use this medication.
