we've been ttc for 5 years now - I have a healthy monthly cycle however after finally convinced my o/h that we need help after 3 tests to say he has a low sperm count... We got reffered to the north west fertility clinic, we have to fund the treatment ourselves and was suprised that we was at a clinic where nhs patients are seen only difference was that we que jumped which I felt bad about. Anyway after my husband had an examination and got told that everything looked healthy and fine with his penis and testis we were told that i have to have routine bloods done on day 2, 3 or 4 of my period and day 21 of my cycle (with my own GP on the nhs) however my partner has to have 2 further semen samples at the fertility to clinc so they can analyse it further....
Is anyone else in the same position or been through what we are?? An does anyone have any idea what sort of treatment we may be offered as the Dr said he would rather see our results before suggesting any treatments.
Has you can imagine, im wanting to be pregnant asap as my bio clock is ticking... :o(
