hmmm, is it really a big factor for those who wants to get thin? if you could just have diet and conceiving at the same time, would it be a problem? |

well it doesn't really matter trying to get pregnant while you are on a diet. as long as you are living a healthy and balance diet, everything will follow, it is ok. |

well if the diet you are referring to is on healthy way, what matters is you are not overdoing it. say, you are getting the ideal weight before getting pregnant and that is why you want to have some diet. but it is important to bear in mind that before continuing or having that diet scheme you have in mind, double check you weight if you really need to losen up. |

exactly, consider if you are overweight, then you really need to have some diet. having that healthy diet low in fat and of course a bit high of carbohydrates, have some fiber and fluids most likely water, and be sure of to have an exercise. |

if you are to lose weight, keep in mind that the diet process you are doing is targeting the way you discipline yourself in eating habits. eat a lot of nutritious foods so that you will have a good health. |
