if you can't let go with the nature of your work, you can do something to minimize the exposure on pollutants. wear the right protective clothing and take a shower by the moment you are at home after having contact with the chemicals.

it doesn't matter whatever your job is. the most important thing is that you will stick to your safeness.

in case you are still worried, then you may request for a temporary transfer for a couple of months while you are trying a baby. usually it takes 3 months for the body of a man to complete the sperm generation cycle.

sometimes even if you are no longer exposed to the chemicals for some time, still the exposure you had before bothers you. so might as well, talk to your doctor.

fight back the chance of being infertile to conquer you. live an active and healthy lifestyle, eat well and take some vitamins.

we can't avoid having jobs that can affect our health most especially if it is our field. just take care of yourself and do not abuse it.

guys tend to work on places that are dangerous to their health and the fact that it could affect our fertility, somehow it makes us worried. but the thing is, we just see to it that we are doing whatever we can to keep ourselves from any disaster that can happen to us.
