Went to see a speacilaist about it all and have been told I need to loose wait and go on a low GI diet. I started exercising monday - friday for between 30 - 40 minutes and have cut back on the amount of sweet prducts I eat. So far so good, I ahve had a period for the last 4 months, eacg one has got later through the months but the amount of exercise I have been doing has also been decreasing. Quite chuffed as I have lost a stone so far. Only a stone to go before I hit my target weight.
As long as all goes well I wont need to go back to the specialist. Things are looking up.
