I was diagnosed with PCOS in October. My dh and I have been ttc since January of 2009. In March my doctor put me on Metformin. This did help my levels, but in June she went ahead and prescribed Clomid. I was on provera for 14 days, and yesterday was day 5 of my cycle and I could start clomid! I am really nervous and hopeful. I've had my hopes up so many times that I don't want to get them up now, but I am trying to stay positive. Does anyone have any ideas, hints, etc? My husband and I just want to be parents.

It's like reading my own thoughts - I have to tell you that you are not alone. Since I have started talking to my friends about this I have found nearly a dozen people who have gone through or are going through this awfulness.

Best advise - Talk to people about it because you need that support and dont dwell on the past; you cant change it.

Also, post on forums - too many ladies are thinking they are alone in this and your post can help - I helped me. Thank you x
