is it okay for me to have an exercise routine during fertile days while i am trying to conceive?

of course :) well if that was a daily routine for you, you don't have to worry of conceiving. this will not entirely disrupt your cycle.

on that part, you are having advantage but on the other way around, when you are an athlete and you consider to have a very low body fat, the chance will get lost and things will be very hard for you. athlete females of some of those stop ovulating but not with the most cases of women.

well if you are not an active working out gal regularly, then you can have that added in your lifestyle like having a 20- 30 minutes brisk walk along the village. this will be a major factor to have a healthy body and this could benefit you for pregnancy.

this is ideal also when you are a career woman and overly stressed up. sweating can relieve your stress (we all know stress is a big factor not to or having difficult times in getting pregnant).

advisably to have exercise when you are so stressed and you would want to conceive. stress suppress your ovulation.

if you are a gym person, hitting up on the platform will give you a way of getting rid of your stress so it is okay to have ample exercise or yoga session done once in a while.
