how will you know if your menstruation is normal or not?

most of the time i am having irregular menstruation and just to keep myself educate about it, i want to understand well what is the normal and abnormal menstruation could be?

normally, menstruation cycle will lasts between 23 and 25 days. most of the women ovulate at around 13-14 days so probably this means that your ovulation will just be right in the middle of the cycle.

that is normally applicable for almost all of the women out there. but sometimes, some women only have 22-day cycle and they could just have their ovulation just a few days after their period.

the said that if you have regular menstruation, the chance of ovulation works well. if you have an irregular menstruation, then most likely you will have a bit of problem in ovulating.
