no it is not true, having vigorous exercise won't affect your fertility. in fact as all we know, exercise is a part of our healthy lifestyle. |

that is when you get too much exercise and would result you to become so thin, that is when you will possibly not be fertile because you've become underweight. |

yea right. you can be healthy when you are thin but being underweight is another side of the story. you will be unable to release your eggs through ovulation because your hormones is weak. |

oohh sounds bad. but don't worry some other cases is not true. chances are, you can still be healthy even though you are thin or underweight as long as you show signs of fertility like having your regular period. |

that is not actually a bad thing to be very active in exercising like for men too as long as you are not aiming a body of a bodybuilder, that would be fine. |
