I can`t find anything to help with my symptoms of menopause, I can`t sleep, eat I keep crying, every nerve in my body is on fire, the night sweats are awful and the hot flushes even worse. At this moment in time I wish I was dead ! Please can someone help .

I'm so sorry that you are feeling so desperate. How long have you had these symptoms? Do you exercise or meditate? Do you have anyone in your family you can talk to?
