yup, it's a herbal remedy. it's not known so i won't be surprised if not many knows about it. it helps with hot flushes, mood swings headaches and nausea.

hi, i have tried it and i've taking it for 2 months now. it's the only thing that has worked for me so far. it's better than HRT because it has natural oestrogen. i would highly recommend it to everybody!
