Sleepless nights
Sue1958

I wonder if anyone can help with advice on getting a decent nights sleep. I'm 52 and struggling with hot flushes and sleepless nights in particular.

vida

wear light clothes and drink cool drinks. herbs and supplements may also help. try black cohosh, it works well with my hot flashes.

xyza

have you heard of bedfan? this will help you go to sleep longer and stops menopausal night sweats.

marsha

sue, what treatments are you using now? have you tried HRT?

gellO

how would you like to treat your hot flushes? would you consider herbal treatments?

maTilda

chillow pads are not just designed for menopause symptoms.it can also be used on flu, fevers, backpains, sunburns, headache and many more.

so literally, it's a pillow right? how do we use this? should we put some ice inside this pillow? or what... got no idea here...

leila

LOL! chillow is activated by filling it with water which is later on absorbed by the foam core. chillow is not cold unlike ice packs. it gives the right amount
of coolness.
