i've tried PM Phytogen Complex and it was the only thing that worked for me. it has greatly reduced all my symptoms and i'm sticking with it. give it a shot!

like any other treatment, herbal gives relief depending on symptoms that you wanted to treat. i tried sage and loved it. it helped me relieve my tension.

i recommend chamomile. it helps relieve stress, tension and gives you a relaxing mood as it calms nerves. give it a try.

I have used replens instead of HRT for my dryness, which I got on prescription from the GP and other then that I have just been taking addtional vitamins. I hated taking HRT they gave me a pessary called Vagi-fem but I didnt think it worked that well for the dryness.

I tried Sereniry Progesterone Cream that is made from plants. It worked to stop the hot flushes but it brought on a period. I was not happy as it's specifically says on the leaflet and website that that will not happen :(

I tried Serenity Progesterone Cream made from plants and it really helped with the hot flushes but it brought on a period. The leaflet and website promised that wouldn't happen so I am not happy. It might be good for other women, but I didn't want a period after not having any for 16 months.

hi! I feel really good with support of herbal supplements.
this mitigates the unpleasant effects of menopause.
