yes i've heard of this from some people i've known. they're having cold and hot flushes as well.

feeling cold can be a sign of having thyroid problem. i suggest to have your thyroid checked.

i have the same problem now. there are times i feel dead cold but this is because i have thyroid problems.

i was in my forties when i experienced cold flushes but i didn't put that down to meno. didn't took it seriously and barely remember how it all went away.

i get this too.it's kinda weird because while everyone is having hot flushes, i get cold flushes. this is so crazy! i also get cold feet and hands and i don't understand why.
