Has anyone found out they have a uterine fibroid after being menopausal for a couple of years?

Hello,
I have not gone through the menopause yet but I have recently found out I have fibroids. I am 53 .
I have quite a few fibroids but none are large and they are all in the lining of my womb.
How are the fibroids you have affecting you ?
How are they going to treat them ?
