oatstraw, horsetail, red clover, seaweeds, stinging nettle, and the plants rich in flavonoids have so much contribution to women during menopause. any preview for this?

seaweeds have generous amounts of calcium and minerals. it strenghtens bones, teeth and hair. good for menopause women who is struggling from hair loss.

too much seaweeds may also be dangerous to your health. i had a friend who can't live without seawweds on their table died of cancer.

red clover has long been used by to quell symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes and night sweats. very useful!

yep, some seaweed can cure cancer but some can also cause cancer. don't know what kind of cancer though.

well if that's the case, i suggest that you just have to try to increase the amounts of fruits and vegetables that you eat rather than seaweeds. it's more healthy and no side effects.
