how many times do you get up and pee at night?
is your sleep disturbed because you need to wake up and pee?

sophia - December 17th, 2009 5:14 AM

3-4 times at night the usual. not to mention if i had a lot of liquids before going to bed then it would be 4-6 times the most.

i go several times at night and it doesn't matter whether i've drunk liquid to much or not. i thought i was the only one here. should we include this to the
long list of meno symptoms?

don't you think it has something to do with our kidneys? i actually think this is normal. well maybe it is. but what's causing it?

danica - December 17th, 2009 4:17 PM

i also do think it has something to do with kidneys. i remember how i used to pee several times per night before i was diagnosed with UTI.

i agree! oftentimes UTI are symptomless especially around menopause. antibiotic are the most common treatment for this.

i was diagnosed with UTI, my doctor prescribed me with antibiotics that somehow makes me dizzy and don't know why. is there any home remedy for UTI's?

divine - December 17th, 2009 6:28 PM

cranberries which contains with high doses of vit C helps. but this may increase pain during urination.

castor oil is said to be effective in treating UTI. simply apply it directly to the skin and cover it with washcloth and leave for 60 mins. i don't know how it
really works.
