hi! aside from hair becoming thinner has anybody here noticed that your nail aren't growing that much anymore? i have noticed it just recently and so i thought i'd like to share.

yup i have noticed mine too. but it's rather related to aging right? can't find it in any meno symptoms that i have read.

it's another menopausal symptoms. you will noticed it later in your menopause. this is caused by drop of oestrogen level.

i have noticed this too. i also noticed that my nails are turning yellow. looks like it's deteriorating. what could this be?

yellow nails indicates that you have health problems. it could be respiratory disorders, diabetes or liver disease. therefore no evidence showing related to menopause. visit your doctor.
