haven't tried HRT yet but i have asked a friend who is using it now and according to her it effects pretty quickly.i guess it depends on what symptoms are you trying to treat. please be more specific with your details.

that's right nicolai! mine started to work within a week. i was treating hot flashes then and it worked well.

yeah it effects quickly but takes roughly 6 months to take real effect.so i guess you just need to have more patience.

it differs from person to person.
some got relief quickly while others take longer.
it also depends on the symptoms that you're trying to treat.
the dose makes sense too, so i think you should be aware of that also.

how will i know if the HRT has taken effect? i'm on HRT too and it's been a month but i don't think it's helping me in any way.

like all of the above replies, it all depends. you will know if HRT has taken effect when the symptoms you're trying to treat has totally lost or decreased atleast.
