haven't experienced this...i can say i'm gifted with healthy gastrointestinal function.i've heard that this is a serious problem for many people and i feel sorry for them...T_T feel sorry for you too... |

so how can we treat bloating just in case it will happen again.i hate that it happens at night.what do we need to do with it? |

bloating is not uncommon issue, so therefore it can be treated anytime. many times the cause has something to do with our eating habits. |

i bet to disagree. bloating is the most difficult ones to treat. i am very prone to bloating that's why i knew it very well. |
