"Constipation" one of the problem during pregnancy

Constipation is to be remedied through drinking plenty of water and walking briskly this may be done everyday so to vanish constipation.

Yes, it is a big problem, because if we can not discharge in a day we can surely experienced stomach ache. Just drink plenty of water at least 8 glass of water every day.

We can avoid constipation if we make exercise and drink plenty of water,eat fruits and vegetables.

Are there some people like me who can not remove their bowel for 4 days? Yes, it is me. But it is a big problem,because of my pregnancy, I can feel the heaviness of my body. What should I do about this matter?

Have you consult a doctor? If not,just try to exercise daily and when you sweat its the time the you must drink plenty of water. And then you eat vegetables and fruits/juicy fruits, those which are juicy!

Is constipation one of the problem during pregnancy? Aaah very big problem. of course, it is advisable that everyday one can discharge once or once a day removing the bowel because it can poison the person if the waste can't be discharge daily,as per advice by the doctor.
