Hello, everyone... I have been encountering bleeding, sometimes light sometimes heavy bleeding. I know I am in the process of getting pregnant but because my uterus is inverted it is really difficult to have a full term pregnancy. I wonder if there are surgical procedure to correct this?

What I knew about inverted or retroverted uterus is once there is a conception the uterus will go to its normal position.

There are no surgical procedure for such because it is not a serious problem. The position of the uterus is not a blockage for you to have a baby. Although it may be difficult for you to conceive but it maybe because of other factors.

Really Lydia? As I've heard from friends who are having such problem, it is really difficult for a woman to have a baby if there is a problem with the uterus. Once she conceived, she can't hold it for long and would miscarry it.

I think it will depend on the kind of abnormality in the uterus. For inverted uterus, there is not much case that it will give a problem to couples. Your OB can check on both you and your partner so as to really identify the problem.
