Who among you here have insomnia that caused you to miscarry? Any knowledge on the matter is also helpful.

having insomnia is a result of depression and is very possible to affect a woman's fertility and may also cause recurrent miscarriage.

Very true because it is an indication of low progesterone level. That is why child bearing women should avoid so much depression.

In my opinion if we don't have enough sleep then we are really going to suffer some risks. Being pregnant would require enough sleep and healthy diet.

you are right sweet. being pregnant needs enough and proper sleep. i just wonder why this happen to people when in fact being pregnant would caused us to get really sleepy almost everytime.

quo- It is really possible to have insomnia while pregnant. It is not healthy and is possible to be the cause of mc.
