Very nice to know. I am also preparing myself to TTC and it takes a lot of sacrifices. If you don't mind jackie_ruiz, what are the things that you do in the process of preparing yourself?

dorriesmith- As a preparation, I take folic acid and exercise regularly. You are right with having some sacrifices, like avoiding some food that might give a bad effect to my body. Regular check up is also needed.
