What are the necessary tests that a mother should consider before and during pregnancy that would help determine and possibly prevent miscarriage / pregnancy loss?

Yeah Genetic tests are important but there are various genetic tests available. The most common is the DNA test that could check the hereditary conditions of the mother.

I AGREE THAT THESE TESTS ARE HELPFUL BUT IT CAN'T GIVE 100% GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL PREVENT PREGNANCY LOSS.

That's true HOPE but at least there is an idea or chance that you can avoid a pregnancy loss because of early knowledge.

It is true that it may not be 100% guaranteed but at least you'll be informed of possible risks.
Amniocentesis is a helpful test too. Try to check another topic about it.

Chorionic villlus sampling is another test to determine chromosomal abnormality. A small piece of placental tissue is removed using a needle.
