HELLO FIATSHY, YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO MISCARRY VERY SOON AFTER A PREVIOUS MISCARRIAGE. THE REASON IS THERE ARE WOMEN WHO CAN EASILY CONCEIVE AFTER A PREGNANCY EVEN AS SOON AS ONE MONTH.

How soon is it? It is also possible that such spotting is a result of the previous mc. Have you undergone a d&c?
