recurrent miscarriage is considered for 3 or more miscarriages in a row but only .5 to 1 percent probability to happened. what are the possible causes of having miscarriages recurred in a row?

More on the genetic or chromosomal issues. These causes are very hard to avoid. It may be because of some complications in the mother's uterus or conception.

Another term for this is "habitual abortion", which I am not comfortable with. How do you see that other term? I feel it has another meaning based on some "intentions" factor. What do you think?

Maybe the term habitual abortion is usually misinterpreted that it is intentionally done. If you will really research about it then you will be well informed about it.
