I've read so much about being guilty about the loss but I don't think we have to feel that way. We all are struggling and wanted the baby so much but it happened so why do we feel guilty? |

I am not sure but maybe because I should have done less work and rest. Avoiding myself from stress or the like. |

FEELING GUILTY MAY BE VERY STRESSFUL BUT I KNOW WE CAN'T AVOID IT ESPECIALLY FOR MOTHERS WHO EXPERIENCE LOSS FOR THE FIRST TIME. WE JUST HAVE TO LET IT BE AND SOONER OR LATER WE'LL GET OVER IT. |

This is very observed with mothers who are not prepared or was not expecting such to happen. |

for me sometimes being guilty is just a product of thinking so hard, psychological effect. we often think that this should be done instead of this, so at the end we feel guilty of what happen. |

Well could be a possible cause of the guilt --cristy--. We often have the tendency of owning all the responsibility for the loss. |

This usually being experienced by mothers who experienced it the first time. Maybe it is normal to feel that way since we are carrying the baby and it should be our responsibility but not to the extent of punishing ourselves for it. |

It will depend on the reason most likely plus the people around may also contribute to such guilt feeling. |
