Yeah I think that's what ginger meant. I also had difficulty understanding her question. Anyway, in some cases the baby might have chromosomal abnormality known as aneuploidies.

So if the baby has chromosomal abnormality what does that mean? What will the baby encounter with that illness?

If the baby has chromosomal abnormality then it may affect his cognitive ability and physical growth. It is also connected with down syndrome.

Down syndrome is a chromosomal abnormality and most children with this disorder had delayed mental and physical development. They almost look the same, sometimes called special children.
