How long does it take for oral warts to show up? I had oral sex last weekend and I dont know if it is possible for symptoms to show up already. Please respond if you know....my anxiety is going crazy....

Oral warts can happen, but you'd really only be symptomatic if you were severely immunocompromised.

Breathe. You are freaking out over absolutely nothing.

I know I may be overracting but I have sores in my mouth and stuff on my tongue...this is why I am concerned

That's not oral HPV.

Have you seen a doctor? Rather than sitting in front of your computer, trying to diagnose yourself, you need to get up and go to the doctor. You're never going to resolve anything this way.

Stay off the internet in the meantime. I love the internet, but when you're a worried well, it is not your friend. Go hang out with your friends, take in a yoga class, go for a walk, do whatever it is that you normally do.

You need to get your mind off this stuff and back on living your normal life.

I wouldn't worry about oral warts. If something is in your mouth, like sores, it could be an allergy or another virus. See a dr for correct diagnosis.

Are you sure? I was diagnosed with genital warts a year ago but haven't had a reoccurence until a couple days ago. I'm concerned because I recieved oral sex last week. I am REALLY worried that my partner might develop warts in his mouth or throart. Are you saying that I should stop freaking out about it?
