I was experience a slight itch in my vagina before my period, it stopped during my period and resumed after my period. I now have an itch and brown stains on my panty liner, could this be and STI/STD? Help I'm loosing my mind.

Probably not, but only a test can be conclusive. When did you last have unprotected sex? And was it with a steady partner?

It could be, but you should get tested for stds and yeast and bacterial vaginitis to find out for sure.

I have been having unprotected sex with my steady partner but we have not been seeing much of each other because of where we both live. Thanks guys, I'm definately going to the gyn this week

if they're aren't any bumps it could just be a yeast infection... that can stick around a while even if you have your period.
