Heavy Bleeding After Rough Sex

I had a sexual partner last night that was rough, like so myself. It started hurting during the act like 30 minutes into the session, but I blew it off. I woke up, and now I am bleeding intensely, to the point where I should be on my period, but I had my cycle September 5-September 11. Are there tears? I don't see any on the outside, but the blood is coming from the inside. I tried wiping and looking in a mirror but, the flow is so heavy that I can't see. What are the possibilities? What should I do?

The first idea that i've is you to go to a doctor, until that i advise you to wear tampon. I don't think it's tears like you said you don't have nothing in the outside.

If you fee it will be necessary to the emergency room if the bleeding is that heavy do so immediately, or if you feel it is safe to wait go a "gynecologist" doctor right away you have to go get checked out for internal damage

So, always be in control of you and if he is hurting you, tell him either to slow down because you are uncomfortable or stop him completely.
