How little are they?? if they look like white pimple's close together it could be herpes, But than again it could be blisters or an allergic reaction to new soap or detergent. |

It could also be a cyst which are very painful and they have pus in them that need to be leaked out, this comes from not being well maintained down there or excessive sweat. |

You really should go to your doctor's office ASAP and have a checkup. They can test the sores immediately to determine what they are. |

On the minor end, it could be a yeast infection, which has caused irritation. On the major end, it could be herpes. |
