Sounds like some sort of infection, any discharge that is yellow/green etc is a sign of an infection. It's a reason to head to the doctor, you probably need a round of antibiotics to clear it up.

Absolutely go see your doctor. It could be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. Both can be detected through tests and treated with antibiotics.
