My Vagina has yellow pus coming out?
Aysel

I got real freaked out after I saw it. I have not been sexually active in quite a while, and I have good hygiene. Is this reason to go to a Doctor? Does anyone know why?

Leslie Know

Yes, I would say that this is a reason to go to a doctor. Anytime you have yellow pus coming out of anywhere in your body, it means that there is an infection there.

Lelouch

Pus is a collection of thick, white fluid that accumulates around the source of an infection. Pus is made up of dead tissue, white blood cells, and damaged cells. Pus is present when the body begins to fight an infection, sending white blood cells to the site to stop the germs from infecting more tissue.

Lina

Sounds like some sort of infection, any discharge that is yellow/green etc is a sign of an infection. It's a reason to head to the doctor, you probably need a round of antibiotics to clear it up.

Oblivion

Seriously? Yellow pus is something to worry about for sure. If this is true, get yourself to a doctor ASAP. It indicates that you have either a bacterial or severe yeast infection going on.

Sounds like an infection. Definitely see a doctor asap.

It could just be an imbalance in your vaginal fluids. If it continues then you should see a doctor .

This might be a sign of a urinary tract infection or bladder stones or crystals.
