Basically I need help!
I have not hav a period for several months now, I work in a hospital and was getting random pains in my lower abdomen so a collegue did an ultrasound of my pelvis, she stated that i had cysts on my ovaries, i went to see my gp (who to be honest didnt take me very seriously!) and demanded another ultrasound to confirm it... so after a while he sent me for one, along with some blood tests... problem was i had to be within days 1-5 of my cycle (first five days of my period) for them to accuratly test my hormone leve... which didnt happen for two more months!!!!
but.. (heres part of the problem..) this happened after i had sex...
now i've been looking and aparently that's a big sign of an sti.. (along with secondary amenorrhoea and abdo pain!) which is what is worrying me!
if i have an sti how do i tell my partner?!
what if it's something serious that can't be cured?!
Also, if it's not, i'm reallllllllly worried about being able to have children.. having kids is literally my dream!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
