Your sores are probably canker sores or apthous sores. Google that and see if it fits. |

I notice that it looks like a small red bump on the back of the tongue. It is definitely not an apthous sore nor a canker. I looked it up in the google. |

2 months after the exposure MIGHT be syphilis, but its a bit late for the sore to appear. |

Though it doesn't sound a lot like it, you should look up geographic tongue, but you can at least rule it out. You should see your doctor since its bothering you. |
