My fiance recently shared with me that he has herpes. He takes Valtrex daily which he thought that because of that he couldn't transmit the disease to me. We have been having unprotected sex for ten months now. I have a several small bumps on the inside of my labia majora for a couple of weeks now. It does not and has never had any type of head. There is no puss coming out. I read that herpes bumps burst and cause pain. This does not do this. It is not painful at all. It just kind of looks like a heat bump. Do you think this could be herpes? If not herpes, what else could it be? Maybe a cyst? I do have polycystic ovary syndrome.

Have you been tested?

needadvice555 - September 26th, 2009 9:07 AM

not yet but is it really possibile to get any STD's through vaginal and anal fisting if you had cuts and damaged skin on ur hands and fingers ? some1 please answer me thanks

Lelouch - September 26th, 2009 9:39 PM

Its possible, but not likely. If you had big gaping wounds, I'd say its more likely.

Fisting, while enjoyable for some, is very risky for all kinds of things, as it tears very delicate skin.

If the person has any bacteria on their hands, then the person being fisted can get all kinds of different infections.

Its just not really a good idea.

so unless i had a big gapping wound i would be at risk ? do i need to get tested for all std's ?

Well, if it was your hand, there aren't really any tests they can do on it without symptoms.

If you had sex with this person, then you can get std tests, but I wouldn't worry about stds unless you get some kind of symptoms on your hand.

If your cuts hadn't scabbed over yet, you might get an HIV test, but again, that's not a big worry.

If you get any sores, or rashes, or anything that seems to not be normal, I would just have it checked.
