hi, i m a heterosexual male last month i had sex with a woman we both had protected vaginal but unprotected oral sex both giving and receiving and since then i did not feel any symptom, after 4 weeks i am now feeling a slight very ignorable tickling sensation on the tip of my penis and some drops of urine discharge.

sometime throat is a bit sore but it gets better by itself and there is a lil cough too no visible scars or sores, nothing but too much urinating and emission of drops of urine.

The cough thing wouldn't concern me at all - the tickling sensation is more likely anxiety than anything else, but if you won't have peace of mind until you know for sure, why not just test?
