What you are describing could be anything - an ingrown hair, a pimple, anything. |

If you are concerned, see a doctor, but it sounds more like you've been cruising the web looking at genital symptomatology and trying to apply it to yourself. If you are not sexually active and have not had genital intercourse or any sexual activity involving your genitals, like having someone perform oral sex on you, you are fine. |
