i'm on diane35 year after i gave birth to my 2nd child. i don't have any problem taking it since the side effects are tolerable. problem is, i always forget to take it everyday and i'm worried that i might get pregnant. is there any type of birth control which is permanent?..

go for tubal ligation.this is a highly effective method.requires simple surgery which is usually done under local anesthesia.low cost and reversible..

personally, i don't recommend ligation most especially if you're still young. this will change

your life bigtime and you might just regret in the end

YES LIGATION IS REVERSIBLE JUST IN CASE YOU MAY HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND, BUT YOU MUST ALSO KNOW THAT IT CANNOT ALWAYS BE REVERSED.

Have you heard of sterilization? It's far more safe and effective than any other procedure and this is a long term protection.

i totally agree! sterilization is a wise decision because it's simple and convenient.

it may be a wise decision to choose sterilization only if you are not planning to have children anymore.take note, reversals of this method may require complicated surgery and may cost you thousand of dollars.
