wiThdrawal method

mia - October 17

my husband is against all sorts of birth control methods. what we do is the withdrawal method. how effective is this?

megan - October 17

how long have you been doing this? it really depends, your husband must have strong self control on when to release his sperm.

Gemma V. - October 19

Withdrawal is effective when you do it correctly, otherwise you still have the possibility to get pregnant.

mia, your partner must be able to know when he is reaching the point in sexual excitement when ejaculation can no longer be stopped because if you cannot predict this moment accurately, withdrawal will not be as effective.

You knoW mia, the effectiveness of this method depends on communication between partners before and during sex. Also, partners who have less knowledge and experienced may have a higher risk of pregnancy.

withdrawal is not considered a reliable form of birth control.some men have difficulty timing their withdrawal.

pre-ejaculation may contain sperm and may occur without the knowledge of the man... so i don't agree with this method...

virra - October 22

pre-ejaculate or pre-cum can pick up enough sperm left in the urethra from a previous ejaculation which cause pregnancy. withdrawal may only be effective if a man urinates between ejaculations before having sex again.

i don't know if you believe in this method but for me i don't! we were into this kind of method before and it wasn't very effective because i got pregnant twice with this one. not good at all!
