Could I be pregnant or is it the PCOS?

I have just been diagnosed with PCOS after having blood tests which were normal and then a Ultrasound which showed several cysts on each ovary. The radiographer said she could see a large follicle, which was a sign that i was ovulating. I have not had a period since June 2009.
My partner and I have been trying for a baby since Feb 2010.
In the last few weeks I have been experiencing cramps as if I am about to come on my period. I then had very watery discharge for about a week and for the last few days I have incredibly sore nipple. They are sore to touch, take bra off etc.
Because of this I took a test however it was negative. Is this just the PCOS? or is there a way i could be pregnant? I am worried that because i want it so much i am reading into everything but they are very sore - far more sore than they used to be during periods.

One of the most frustarting parts of PCOS is Phantom pregnancies, the body has a nasty habit of mimicking pregnancy, but on the other hand I have heard of negative tests (home and doctors) and yet women are pregnant, all I can suggest is to wait 2 more weeks and take another test, if it is still negative but the symptoms are still there or worse see your GP, they should do another blood test and possibly another scan.
Good Luck
