hi holar

Hormonal imbalance may also be caused by toxins or an unbalanced lifestyle. Understanding this empowers to prevent them, and at the same time, feel better, think better, and better prevent breast cancer.however, eating a healthy diet packed with vitamins and minerals, drinking water and exercise, decrease breast discomfort. Foods rich in soy such as tofu, eggs, soybeans, and yams can help your body to balance hormone levels.

Hi,
The most common reason for breast pain is a hormone imbalance.Breast pain is usually experienced by women in their 30s, 40s or 50s, and women who are pregnant. In most cases, these women will have breast pain because their estrogen levels are fluctuating. It is important to know that breast pain is rarely a sign of cancer.
Don't neglect, better you consult Doctor and follow there instructions.I will suggest you to go through fortisfertilitycentre[dot]com, where you will get complete treatment for your problem by an experienced Doctors.Consult and get cure,Take care..
